A:We train our students in Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and Burnaby.
Q:How long are your driving lessons?

We offer two kinds of lessons:
• One-hour driving lesson
• One and a half-hour driving lesson
Q:How much is the cost of driving lessons?
A:Our driving lessons start at $70 per hour.
Q:Do you have packages that offer discounts?
A:Yes, we offer various packages with discounts. Please visit our Services page for more information.
Q:Do you have a female driving instructor?
A:Yes, we have a female driving instructor available.
Q:Can the school car be used for the road test?
A:Yes, we offer a road test package that includes a driving lesson, car registration, and the road test itself.
Policies
Q:What is the goal of Seymour Driving School?
A:Our goal is to ensure students understand the laws, adopt a safe driving attitude, and effectively apply both in real-world driving environments.
Q:What behavior is expected of students?
A:Students are expected to act in a mature and appropriate manner at all locations.
Q:What documentation is required to schedule driving hours?
A:Students must have a valid Driving License to schedule any driving hours.
Q:What is the duration and cost of each lesson?
A:Each lesson lasts 60 minutes and costs $70, payable before the start of each lesson.
Q:What is the format of the lessons?
A:We offer one-on-one training, but one other person may be in the vehicle for observation purposes.
Q:Do you offer any lesson packages?
A:Yes, we offer a package of 6 lessons, each 1 Hour and the total cost is $400.
Q:Can students use the school vehicle for the road test?
A:With the approval of the instructor, students may use the school vehicle for the road test for an extra fee of $100.00, paid in advance.
Q:What should students remember while driving?
A:Always buckle up and drive safely!
Q:When will students receive a copy of these rules and policies?
A:Each student will receive a copy on the first day of class.
Cancellation
Q:What is the policy for canceling a scheduled driving appointment?
A:If a student is unable to keep a scheduled driving appointment, it is their responsibility to cancel within 72 hours of that appointment.
Q:Is there a refund policy for completed lessons?
A:We do not offer refunds for lessons already completed. However, if students have prepaid for a determined number of hours and decide to discontinue training, we will refund 80% of the remaining hours' price. The student must sign a refund receipt, and the refund will be given in cash or cheque.
Q:What is the policy for canceling a scheduled road test appointment?
A:If the student is unable to keep a scheduled road test appointment, it is their responsibility to cancel the scheduled use of the school vehicle for the road test within 48 hours of that appointment.
Q:What happens if a student fails to cancel within the required 48 hours notice for a road test?
A:If a student fails to cancel within the required 48 hours notice, or is not available to use the vehicle for the road test, they will be charged a $100.00 No-Show fee.
